1. Provides leadership of the College administrative and financial services;

2. Recommends sound internal control;

3. Supervises and coordinates the activities and operations of Administrative and Financial Services;

4. Supervises and participates in the preparation of annual, supplemental, and special budget of the College and prepares supporting documents and justifications;

5. Supervises the implementation of administrative and financial policies, plans, programs, and regulations of the College as approved by competent authorities and decides on routine employees relation problems and conflicts;

6. Identifies and recommends the formulation and adoption of appropriate administrative policies, rules, and regulations after thorough consultation with concerned offices/divisions for the improvement of office and administrative operations;

7. Prepares office orders and memoranda for the proper guidance of employees in the office as directed or approved by the competent authorities;

8. Confers with proper authorities on the release of funds;

9. Reviews financial reports, statements, and other data which are financial in nature and ensures proper reporting and timely submission of reports;

10. Recommends and assist the formulation of fiscal policies, rules, and regulations;

11. Safeguards College funds and promotes efficient and effective operation of the Finance and/or College President; and

12. Does related tasks as required by the Vice President for Administration and Finance and/or College President.
